Since its opening in 2014, Volkswagen Arena has been hosting numerous events with different capacities, content, and a variety of live event configurations. With the highest acoustic quality in Europe and the best infrastructure in Turkey, it has defined itself as a ''single purpose-multi usage venue'' creating an ''amplified'' live concert experience.
In its fifth year, Volkswagen Arena continues to create important productions with local and international stars in the world of music, show and sports. The standing area and the tribunes have a capacity of 6.500 people in total, with a 4.500 capacity in a seated setting.

HOW CAN I REACH VOLKSWAGEN ARENA?
Volkswagen Arena is within the UNIQ Istanbul complex located on the left side of Ayazaga Road, which goes from Buyukdere Road to Ayazaga village (Cendere Road).
By Car:
You can reach Volkswagen Arena from four different routes with your car from D100, TEM, Buyukdere Road and Kağıthane Cendere Road. You can park your vehicle at the paid parking lot of UNIQ Istanbul.
Metro Line:
You can reach Volkswagen Arena from Yenikapı Hacıosman Line by getting off at ITU Ayazaga station. There is a free shuttle service which runs regularly to UNIQ Istanbul from the "Plazalar" exit of the station. The walking distance from the station to UNIQ Istanbul is approximately 10 minutes.
Bus Line:
You can reach Volkswagen Arena by taking one of the IETT bus lines listed below and getting off at Maslak Cultural Center.
41AT: Ayazağaköyü – Davutpaşa Yıldız Technical University line
41C: Ayazağaköyü – Sarıyer line
41E: Ayazağaköyü – Kabataş line
48L: Göktürk Köyü – 4. Levent Metro line

You can reach Volkswagen Arena by taking the Zincirlikuyu-Ayazaga minibuses and getting off at the Maslak Cultural Center stop.

UNIQ Istanbul is a event and lifestyle center that provides a peaceful environment within the proximity of the city. Along with Volkswagen Arena, UNIQ Istanbul has a multi-purpose hall with a capacity of 1200 people, food courts, historic mansions, exhibitions spaces, shops and offices.
DOES VOLKSWAGEN ARENA HAVE FOOD & BEVERAGES SALES?
Food & Beverages are being sold at the performance hall and foyer areas. Snacks, pizza slices, cold sandwiches and a variety of salads are available at the buffets in the Premium Foyer. The menu can differ according to events.
CAN I BRING FOOD OR BEVERAGES TO VOLKSWAGEN ARENA?
Food & Beverages from outside is prohibited in Volkswagen Arena.
IS THERE A PLACE WHERE I CAN STORE BELONGINGS DURING THE EVENT?
Foyer areas in the Volkswagen Arena have lockers and a cloakroom. To use the lockers, single-use cards can be provided from the service point. Bags are not allowed in the cloakroom.

Volkswagen Arena only opens at events. Our office is open from 09:00 to 18:00 during weekdays.
WHAT ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED IN VOLKSWAGEN ARENA?
For security reasons, items prohibited are listed below:
- All kinds of food & beverages
- Guns, sharp objects, items that are flammable and explosive such as perfumes, deodorants, etc.
- Selfie stick and GoPro
- Power banks during basketball games.
- Professional audio and video devices (camera, video camera, etc.).
- All posters, banners, etc. that contain political content or offensive visuals / text.
- Items like banners, posters, pennants, flags, hats, etc. that include advertisement or promotion without getting the Venue’s consent before an event.
- Items like banners, posters, pennants, flags, etc. that can block the view of other guests.
- Any other material that can be interpreted as dangerous or inappropriate.
CAN I BRING MY CAMERA TO THE VOLKSWAGEN ARENA?
Camera and recording devices are prohibited in Volkswagen Arena.
WHAT WE SHOULD PAY ATTENTION TO IN VOLKSWAGEN ARENA?
- Sound systems in the concert hall can cause temporary hearing loss
- Lighting system in the concert hall can cause temporary eye irritations

- Smoking is prohibited in closed areas
- No pets allowed in Volkswagen Arena
- Volkswagen Arena is not responsible for lost items

WHERE CAN I ASK FOR MY LOST ITEMS?
If you lost or forgot your belongings, you can apply to the Service Point in the main foyer or you can write to info@vwarena.com about your items with your name, contact information and specifications of your lost item.
WHERE CAN I SMOKE?
Smoking indoors at Volkswagen Arena is strictly prohibited. You can smoke in the main foyer, Before After, Premium Lounge smoking areas.

Volkswagen Arena does not have an internet service.
