Lead vocalist of the unforgettable alternative rock band the Smiths and a living legend, Morissey will come together with his Turkish fans on Wednesday December 17, 2014. This mesmerising performance will take place in Volkswagen Arena; Istanbul's one and only venue that is designed especially for the ultimate live concert experience, sponsored by Volkswagen.

Loved for his songs which narrate stories and manifestoes on love and social phenomenon Morissey will share songs from his latest album "World Peace Is None of Your Business" along with classic songs from his work with the Smiths and previous albums on this very special night.

This extraordinary occurrence will include the performance of the 2nd single from his latest album "Istanbul" which alluringly presents the chaotic and complex emotions of the city by using cigar-box guitar riffs and recordings made right in the streets of Istanbul.

Respected and loved by a great number of audience even with his heterodox thoughts and protest attitude which may get sensational at times, Morrissey is considered as one of the 100 greatest singers of all time by the historic Rolling Stone magazine.
